Dear Summer Camp Cooks Team,

Welcome to the start of another exciting Summer Camp Season!

I'm excited to have each and every one of you on board as part of our team here at Summer Camp Cooks.

As you all know, our core values are what make us who we are, and they guide everything we do. So today, I want to take a few moments to talk about those values and how we can all embody them throughout the season.

First and foremost, we work as a team. That means we rely on each other to get the job done, and we're always willing to lend a helping hand. So whether you're chopping vegetables or serving up burgers, remember that we're all in this together.

We also take pride in what we do. That means we always strive to do our best and produce high-quality meals for our campers. So take a moment to appreciate the food you're making and the impact it will have on the campers' experience.

We believe in forging relationships. That means getting to know each other, our campers, and the families we serve. So let's take the time to make connections and build bonds that will last beyond the summer.

We're all here to help each other, too. That means stepping in when someone needs assistance and being willing to learn from one another. So don't be afraid to ask for help or offer it when needed.

We teach those who want to learn. That means sharing our knowledge and expertise with each other and our campers. So be open to new ideas and receptive to learning from others.

We share ideas at Summer Camp Cooks. That means we're always looking for ways to improve and innovate. So if you have an idea, don't be shy - share it with us!

And lastly, we are forward thinkers. That means we're always looking ahead and planning for the future. So let's be proactive and anticipate the needs of staff and campers.

Now, I know that was a lot of information to take in, but I want to emphasize one final thing - CAMARADERIE . At Summer Camp Cooks, we're more than just co-workers, we're a close team. So let's support each other, lift each other up, and create memories together that will last for years to come. I can't wait to see the bonds we'll form and the fun we'll have this summer. Let's make it a great one!
