We truly care about the experiences we provide for Campers and Staff through food. It has always been a part of what makes our staff happy - working hard and being able to see people enjoying the food together is truly fulfilling. Our scratch cooking approach and experienced Chefs make all the difference in the Summer Camp Kitchen.

Keeping our core values at the forefront of our actions reminds us that we work best as a team, take pride in what we do, and build relationships. Delicious food and great service that help keep Campers and Staff nourished and healthy at camp is something that impacts the overall Summer Camp Experience in a big way and we understand that.

We aim to provide delicious food for everyone, regardless of their special diets. Whether you are vegetarian, gluten free or vegan, one of our Chefs will attend to those important diets so no one is left out. Campers and Staff can also enjoy something from the breakfast bar in the morning, or the salad bars at lunch and dinner. There is something for everyone and these choices help our youth expand their culinary experience while at camp.

We believe that eating with friends and family strengthens community bonds and builds important friendships. Take time to laugh, share stories, and enjoy each other's company over a delicious meal.
